A Message to Our Community about the Covid-19 Corona Virus:
In response to the latest news regarding the Corona Virus outbreak, we would like to share our plans with you for the near future.
Conducting enhanced cleaning procedures, while increasing the frequency of sanitizing, in line with recommendations from the CDC.
In keeping with the latest CDC requirements and the Oklahoma State Executive Order of May 15th, in which events of over 50 people are not permitted, we will provide services that will accommodate the latest crowd requirements. Be reminded that we ask that physical contact, such as shaking hands or hugging, be discouraged.
Our goal is to balance the safety of our client families and their friends as well as our valued team while providing a high level of service for the tribute of their loved ones.
We are offering phone and email arrangements to meet the needs of families and guests.
We are prepared to offer families private services, as well as holding a public memorial service at a later date. We encourage the use of online guest books.
We are committed to responsibly responding to the needs of the communities we are privileged to serve.
We understand that this is a large departure from our tradition of community gathering to support the family. We thank you for your understanding that, in these special times, we will have to minimize these gatherings until we can get back to a more normal environment.
Again, our family and entire team are here to serve you. It is an honor to be a part of creating a tribute for your loved one. We will continue to work to balance everyone’s safety while providing the special tribute that your loved one deserves.
We encourage you stay informed about this virus and how to stay safe. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website is a great place to start.
